Motor Rewinding

Initial testing and inspection determine whether a motor should be replaced or repaired. When repair is required, the rewinding process begins. After stripping, cleaning and further testing, replacement coils are manufactured and installed. Flanders uses Class H rating insulation on coils when only Class F is required to provide maximum longevity in the most severe applications.
