Repair

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to provide maximum response and quick turnaround, our facilities are repairing motors around the clock. Much can be said for the equipment, but our people are the first response team and, ultimately, the final measure of our commitment to service and quality.

Flanders was one of the first independent service centers in the nation to use the vacuum-pressure-impregnation (VPI) system. As a leader in innovation, we have dedicated ourselves to upgrading our technologies on a continuous basis in order to maintain quality and efficiency. By using VPI as a standard procedure for insulating repaired electrical apparatus, we are able to provide maximum reliability through cooler running motors, and achieve superior void fill in the motor windings.

  100,000 pound Dynamic Balancer for the largest rotating components.

  Using modern methods and state-of-the-art equipment for thorough and precise testing.
