• Interview applicants who have successfully passed pre-employment tests relating to manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and personality traits. Further, applicants will be subject to background checks, a pre-employment physical and a drug screen. The applicant must also have a formal education appropriate to the position he is being considered for.
