With over 500 dedicated employees in five complete service centers throughout the US, and with numerous Field Service offices, Flanders is the leader when you need quick response on an emergency motor repair. Flanders philosophy is to minimize dependence on outside resources to enhance their ability to react quickly to customer needs.

Flanders in-house coil manufacturing department has four distinct production lines for quick reaction to RUSH orders of AC and DC formed coils. A large inventory of round & rectangle magnet wire in the most commonly used sizes compliments this production capability.

Multiple VPI systems and ovens ensure the rewinding process can proceed efficiently.

Three computer controlled X-Y coordinate laser machines allows for minimum set-up time and quick production of new laminations and other sheet components.

Extensive machine shop capabilities include CNC lathes and milling machines which are utilized for the manufacturing of mechanical parts. Dedicated experienced machinists operate numerous manual machine tools for custom or special repairs at all Flanders service centers.

Each service centers also maintains an extensive truck fleet for pick-up and delivery. The corporate fleet includes several semi trucks as well as a specialized “heavy hauler” for loads up to 100 ton.

For on-site repairs or for the removal & re-installation of apparatus, Flanders Field Service division has the specialized equipment and service vehicles ready to react at a moment’s notice.

A primary goal of Flanders Electric is to work with our customers to preventing or minimizing unexpected failures. Assisting our customer’s with planned maintenance and effectively scheduled downtime is a key to successful production.
